Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:
Orders that reach us from Monday to Friday as late as 12 PM (GMT+0) are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after that time are shipped the next day. Orders that are placed after 12 PM (GMT+0) on Friday will be sent out on Monday.
Shipping starts from the date you received “We’ve shipped your order :) ”
After we have shipped your order, you will get a tracking code to see who is responsible for your precious package at this point.
RETURNS – if you’re not happy, then we aren't either
We want you to be completely satisfied with your new Breden item, so we always stand behind our service and products 100%. This means that if you are not happy with something, just let us know and we will figure out a way how to make you happy again – either with a new product or with a chocolate bar, whichever makes your smile stretch closest to your ears. Together we can do it!
Even though we always do our ultimate best to ship the best quality products, it might sometimes happen that a faulty product sneaks into the order. Should that happen to you, just take a picture of it and send it to us. But just so you would not worry - this happens really-really rarely!
