Shipping
We don’t offer exchanges, but products can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of your order being received. You can find more information about returns HERE.
Unfortunately, you cannot change your order once it’s been paid for. If you’d like to add a product, place a separate order, let us know and we will do our best to deliver it to you as soon as possible. If you’d like to remove a product or otherwise change an order, please wait for the order to be delivered instead and then return unwanted products and place a new order if necessary. Return information can be found HERE.
Product
Because Breden products are all double-sized, it’s much easier to get the size right compared to other brands. However, you should always choose a hat according to your child’s head circumference, not according to an existing hat or your child’s age because different brands have different systems.
