1. HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT HAT SIZE

Always measure the circumference of your child’s head and consult the sizing chart rather than choosing based on an existing hat or the age of the child. Different manufacturers have different sizes, so two hats with the same number from different companies might not be the same size. 
To keep it simple, measure your child's circumference as accurately as possible around the forehead then check the measurements against our size chart.  (https://www.bredenkids.com/size-guide)


2. WHAT ARE THE MAJOR / MILTON / MINOR ONESIE SIZES AND HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE? 

For each product you will find a size chart to help you choose the size. We always recommend measuring your child’s height and checking the measurements against the size chart to ensure the best fit. Our products are also double-sized to maximize wear time across two sizes.

3. WHEN WILL BREDEN POINTS APPEAR IN MY ACCOUNT?

Breden points will be credited to your account as soon as your order is dispatched.


4. I CANCELLED MY ORDER AND I DIDN’T GET MY BREDEN POINTS REFUNDED YET

Not to worry - your Breden Points will be refunded back to your account within an hour of cancelling an order. However, if you are in a hurry, press the "Chat" button in the bottom left corner of the Breden website and we will add them straight back to your account.


5. HOW TO EXCHANGE / RETURN PRODUCTS?

We do not exchange products, but you can return items for 14 days after the order has been received. For more information on refunds, see here: www.bredenkids.com/returns


6. CAN I CHANGE AN ORDER THAT HAS BEEN PAID FOR?

Once you have paid for your order you will no longer be able to make changes. However, if you need to you can return part or all of your order for free within 14 days and we will refund you. 8. CAN I ADD PRODUCTS TO AN ORDER THAT HAS BEEN PAID FOR? 

You can’t change an order that has already been paid for, but you can place a separate order if necessary and we will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible.


9. WHEN DO YOU DISPATCH A PREORDER?

We dispatch a preorder as soon as it is in stock. If other items in your order  are available immediately, we will place the entire order on hold until the preordered item is available.
